We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Financial Director to join our Global Finance team at Crystal Cruises. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for finance and leadership to play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing financial reporting, operations, strategic planning, and compliance for the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, lead, and mentor the Americas finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with global finance teams to ensure consistency in financial processes and reporting in a matrix structured environment.
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations for local markets, including billing and collections, while managing the region.
- Address and resolve accounting issues.
- Play an active part in the regional leadership team.
- Qualified Accountant with proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a Controller in a multinational organization operating in the Americas region.
- Good knowledge of regional financial regulations, taxation, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Excellent leadership, business acumen, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex and growing global matrix structure.
- Commercial acumen and effective contributor to the wider regional business/operational leadership team.
