Kunin Associates seeks a highly skilled IT Accounting Manager to maintain the financial records and accounts for our new IT vehicle. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in finance or tech industries, with a CPA designation and public accounting experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and detailed financial records for proprietary IT assets, including bookkeeping and tracking of IT infrastructure and development spend.
- Reforecast and reconcile Shared Services spend for Marketing, HR, and Accounting against the budget.
- Calculate and invoice fees to affiliates for services provided.
- Collaborate closely with Division Senior Management and Corporate Accounting to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, core financial processes, and control processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with general ledger systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical skills, and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
