Friends and family business Looking to hire a skilled administrative-assistant with the ability to work unsupervised and take initiative to help an on-site HOA office function more efficiently.

Duties include supporting the Manager, other team members and Association owners and tenants, exhibiting polite and professional interaction with strong communication skills via mail, phone calls, e-mails and in-person.

Complete operational tasks by scheduling and assigning administrative tasks in close liaison with the Manager.

Follow up on tasks to ensure completion in a timely manner.

Contribute to the team by being detail-orientated, customer friendly, results-orientated work ethic and self-motivated.
