Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary
Pridestaff is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Hollywood. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience and be proficient in using a multi-phone line system.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Office Supervisor and site Managers with daily business needs and projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Manage vendor relations, including payment of invoices and new vendor/customer setup
- Coordinate staff and other meetings, preparing materials and following up on action items
- Schedule appointments and complete follow-ups
- Verify customer information
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Multi-phone line system experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to changing circumstances
- Proactive and organized approach
- Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
