Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Regional Digital Sales Manager to be part of revolutionizing these industries.

You are responsible for leading a team of sales professionals representing the digital transformation of BFS homebuilder clients throughout the markets served.

What You Will Do:

  • You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring of Digital Sales Specialists, along with the Digital Implementation Specialists. This will include:
  • Helping to understand and navigate our internal organizations. From identifying how they want us to interact with local market employees to how leadership partners with our teams.
  • You will coach DSS’s/ DIS on creating effective and efficient communication methods to communicate with positions in a variety of levels and scope.
  • You will advise and train on how DSS/DIS counterparts’ positions operate and align with their roles.
  • You will learn, train, and enforce compliance with our and our parent company processes, workflows and technologies.
  • You will provide sales management and be a player coach. This will include:
  • You will monitor, manage, correct, and influence sales activity within your markets.
  • You will be responsible for contract negotiations.
  • You will be responsible to both support and/or lead sales presentations, including final approval of sales decks.
  • You will provide sales and relationship training and techniques, helping find individual styles and approaches that work best for each DSS.
  • You will be responsible for all people management in your region. This will include:
  • You will be responsible for performance management, including reviewing and evaluating quarterly DSS recap presentations.
  • You will be responsible for evaluating individuals within the expectations of their role, to provide performance correction, opportunities, and growth paths.
  • You will be responsible for the hiring, daily management, and personnel decisions.
  • You will be the face of Paradigm, representing, implementing & ensuring success of digital sales & adoption strategies within the residential home building industry.
  • You will be responsible for tool adoption & saturation within the client’s business. You will need to be on site at lumber yards, job sites and design centers.
  • You will provide in the field insight to the Paradigm product team for roadmap iterations. This will include collaboration with Paradigm product teams, estimators, and BFS’ OSR’s & ISR’s.
  • You will stay current on industry trends and challenges; you will be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert and provide this value add to Paradigm’s clients.

 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 10+ years of experience in the home building industry in a leadership capacity.
  • You are physically located in Kansas City, MO, Western Kansas, Oklahoma, or Texas (preferably in the Dallas area). This is a requirement of the position.
  • You have 5+ years managing people, including developing individual contributors. You want to advocate for your team and help them grow.
  • You understand that you must have dedication and resilience to succeed in this role. You understand when to continue forward with a conversation and when to be able to shelf the conversation for a future time.
  • You have proven experience developing strong relationships with architects, developers, interior designers and/or wholesalers.
  • You have strong presentation skills and have exposure to negotiation, pricing & contracts concepts. You are able to adjust your presentation style to audiences of different levels.
  • You are comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint & Outlook for creating presentations and communication.
  • You are flexible, able to adjust and change direction as the business & tech environments evolve & change. You are entrepreneurial in spirit; unchartered territories & problems energize you.
  • You will be traveling regionally/locally to your employees and/or clients daily, travel would flex, but could go up to a range of 50%.
