When injured people call us for help, they're often stressed and overwhelmed after a serious injury or unexpected death and don't know where to turn. Our intake specialist offer peace of mind, helping our callers become clients, so they can receive fair compensation and get their lives back on track.

Our law firm is seeking an intake specialist to work weekdays at our Southfield headquarters.

Our family-owned firm was recently named one of the best places to work by Inc. Magazine, largely because we promote and endorse a fun, positive, and rewarding cultural work environment. We were also recently named a 2020 Torch Awards for Ethics finalist by the Better Business Bureau.

The intake specialist role is one of the most important positions within our firm. This is a vital position that requires our intake specialist to love talking to people and a strong desire to help injury victims while maintaining a friendly and professional manner. 

Our law firm is looking for an intake/sales specialist with exceptional telephone skills:

  • Someone who looks and sounds professional at all times.
  • Someone who is confident and will let callers know they called the right law firm.
  • Someone who can be empathetic and sympathetic to injured callers.
  • Someone with exceptional listening skills and sales skills.
  • Someone with a drive to succeed.

We are not looking for:

  • Someone to come to work every day to simply sit and answer phones.
  • Someone that cannot work unsupervised or as a team player
  • Someone with a poor attitude when phones are busy.
  • Someone with no confidence in themselves or our firm.
  • Someone who is not punctual and isn't responsible.
