Our law firm is seeking a full-time law firm receptionist to work weekdays (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) at our Southfield headquarters.

The law firm receptionist role is one of the most important positions within our firm. This is a vital position that requires our receptionist to love talking to people and a strong desire to help injury victims while maintaining a friendly and professional manner.

Our law firm is looking for receptionist with exceptional telephone skills:

  • Someone who looks and sounds professional at all times.
  • Someone to assist in phone answering, mail, intakes and client relations.
  • Someone who is confident and will let callers know they called the right firm.
  • Someone who can be empathetic and sympathetic to injured callers.
  • Someone with exceptional listening and sales skills.
  • Someone with a drive to succeed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls following the firm’s scripts.
  • Directing calls to proper staff, including Intake Specialists
  • Checking and distributing firm voice messages
  • Greeting clients and other office guests in a professional manner
  • Maintain, straighten, and stock conference rooms, guest lounge, and lobby
  • Straighten, stock, and organize copy room and guest bathroom.
  • Filing, copying, faxing, and scanning documents
  • Process and scans all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Assist intake department with new intakes/data entry
  • Assist Attorneys, Office Manager, COO, Case Managers as needed
  • Attend department meetings
  • Discuss with office manager workload or additional tasks to complete
