Job Opportunity: Receptionist for Busy Personal Injury Law Firm in Southfield, Michigan

Are you an experienced receptionist with an exceptional phone voice and a passion for helping others? We are a dynamic and fast-paced personal injury law firm located in Southfield, Michigan, seeking a full-time, in-person, professional and upbeat receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answering and directing a high volume of incoming phone calls.

· Perform administrative duties related to reception work.

· Provide support for administrative support staff, legal secretaries and other office staff, as needed.

· Greeting and assisting clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a law firm receptionist preferred, or similar professional environment.

· Outstanding phone skills with a clear, professional, and friendly voice.

· Must have an upbeat and caring attitude. Able to speak with clients who are experiencing difficult situations. Must be sensitive to their needs.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy office setting.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Comfortable learning new phone systems and legal databases.

· A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent client service
