Office Assistant / Receptionist

Phoenix

We are seeking a friendly and professional Office Assistant / Receptionist.

If you enjoy working with people and helping to make an office run smoothly, this might be a great opportunity. Candidates should have a positive solutions-driven mindset.

Candidates with retail, hospitality or customer service are encouraged to apply.

Duties: direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner, welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, answer any questions, maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times, and provide basic administrative and clerical support to the office.

The candidate should have Microsoft Office, basic administrative experience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
