Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Warehouse Production Worker, you'll play a vital role in our manufacturing process, contributing to the production of top-notch garage doors. You'll work in a dynamic warehouse environment, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of tasks in line with company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assembly and Production: Assist in the assembly line to manufacture garage doors by following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Material Handling: Move materials and components within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and report any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and organization of warehouse materials to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate protective gear and following safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Collaboration: Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in varying temperatures within a warehouse environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions meticulously and maintain a keen eye for quality control.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate within a team-oriented setting.
  • Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are crucial for this role.
