Reports to (Title): Store Manager Essential Function This role is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience through effective selling techniques. It is essential to ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and that the store environment meets brand standards. Primary Duties % Brand: Elevate the customer experience by implementing effective selling strategies and adhering to company sales guidelines. Ensure that all customer transactions are handled with precision. Maintain compliance with brand standards to foster a welcoming shopping atmosphere. Proactively address and resolve customer service challenges in a timely and proficient manner. % People: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to fulfill store objectives and enhance customer satisfaction, which includes maintaining reliable attendance. Engage with a diverse range of customers and team members regularly. Assist the Store Manager in onboarding and training new staff members. Promote an inclusive workplace culture. % Operations: Accurately record all sales transactions in the POS system and manage monetary exchanges such as sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Complete necessary daily paperwork and reporting, and make bank deposits as required. Price merchandise, manage back stock, assist with shipment processing, and maintain cleanliness throughout the store. Support planogram (POG) compliance as needed. May be responsible for opening and closing the store. % Safety/Loss Prevention: Adhere to and understand all safety and loss prevention protocols. Follow all inventory control procedures and HAZMAT regulations. Knowledge, Skills/Abilities and Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Must be years of age or older Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills with customers, colleagues, and management Ability to apply product knowledge to enhance customer service Capable of reading and explaining product labels Ability to follow directions and perform additional duties as assigned by the ManagerCompetencies Definition
