Reports to (Title): Store Manager Essential Function This role is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience by employing effective sales techniques. It is crucial to ensure that all transactions are executed accurately and that the store environment adheres to brand standards. Primary Duties % Brand: Enhance the customer journey by providing an outstanding shopping experience through proficient sales practices and adherence to company sales guidelines. Guarantee that all customer transactions are processed accurately. Maintain compliance with brand standards to ensure a pleasant shopping atmosphere for customers. Address customer service concerns promptly and effectively. % People: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to fulfill store objectives and support customer needs, which includes maintaining good attendance. Engage with a diverse range of customers and team members regularly. Assist the Store Manager in onboarding and training new team members. Promote an inclusive and diverse workplace culture. % Operations: Accurately record all sales transactions in the POS system and manage monetary exchanges, including sales, returns, and exchanges. Complete daily reporting and paperwork, and handle bank deposits as necessary. Price merchandise, manage back stock, assist with shipment processing, and maintain cleanliness in the store. Support with Planogram (POG) compliance as required. May be responsible for opening and closing the store. % Safety/Loss Prevention: Adhere to and possess knowledge of all safety and loss prevention protocols. Follow all inventory control procedures and HAZMAT regulations. Knowledge, Skills/Abilities and Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Must be years of age or older Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management Capability to apply product knowledge to enhance customer service Proficient in reading and explaining product labels Ability to follow directions and perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager

Safe work practices must be observed to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with fire regulations and traffic signals. The workspace is adequately lit, heated, and ventilated.
