Primary tasks :

  • Interact daily with Owner and with Production Lead
  • Customer service – mix of Spanish/English speaking : in-person/call/text/email
  • Handle customer visits (placing orders, pick up of glass)
  • Office work related to invoices & estimates & work orders
  • Organizational activities in office

 

The right candidate will grow into the Office Manager.

Requirements :

  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Positive & friendly, honest & reliable, organized, customer service focused
  • Can read basic drawings, understand dimensions, do basic math
  • previous glass experience preferred but not required
