Office Assistant Position

Aerospace Innovations

Work in a FAA Certified Repair Station

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

Work Orders

Create work orders

Update work orders in process for outside service, customer quotation, final inspection

File and maintain order of the closed work order packets

 

Repair Orders (Outside and Inside Processes)

Create and receive repair orders

File and maintain order of the closed repair orders

Scan and maintain organization of repair documents

 

Purchase Orders

Create and receive (as necessary) purchase orders

Ability (or willing to learn) to review trace requirements

Scan and maintain organization of trace documents

 

Sales Orders

Create sales orders and prepare the required documents for shipping

 

Assist with clerical functions within the Quality Dept

Answer the company phone and direct calls as necessary

 

Must maintain a clean and organized work area

Manage adequate inventory levels of required office supplies

Expected to process orders in a timely and efficient manner

 

Computer skills: Excel, Word, GMail, Smart145, PowerPoint

Must be able to read and write in English

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Manage professional and effective communication with to customers, personnel, suppliers, etc.

Problem-solving and decision-making experience for moderately complex issues

Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to adapt to new processes or company needs

Must be able to read and write in English
