Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the entire application delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, including clinical, operational, and financial teams, to understand their pain points, gather requirements, and ensure alignment between technology solutions and business goals.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party software vendors, ensuring that their products and services meet contractual obligations and deliver value to the organization.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, including technical, operational, and financial risks.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project status, timelines, and key milestones to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new applications and processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented applications and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in application delivery or project management, with a focus on healthcare payer applications.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations, claims processing, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, ACA).
  • Proven project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
