Our Trusted Client seeks a "Helpdesk Support Technician" to join their team

  • Title: Helpdesk Support Technician (onsite)
  • Duration: 6 month contract + extensions
  • Location: Franklin, TN (onsite)

JOB SUMMARY: Entry level IT Support

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot laptops and desktops, both remotely and onsite.
  • Help customers with questions regarding usage of industry standard applications.
  • Manage Active Directory, including creating and modifying user settings.
  • Logging all support requests via Emails, Calls, and Teams as well as asset management in Service Now.
  • Work as part of a team, sharing duties with other IT personnel throughout the company.
  • Desktop Support Troubleshooting
  • Image laptops/desktops as needed
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE & TRAINING: Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of related education and experience

  • Knowledge of computer systems and IT components including Mac's and PC’s.
  • 2+ years related work experience.
  • Verifiable Experience & knowledge to troubleshoot experience with Windows Client, O365, Basic Network concepts, Printers, Laptop hardware.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized to keep detailed notes on tickets.
  • Knowledge of service desk delivery methodology and procedures, other company policies and department operations.
  • End User Compute / Information Technology Troubleshooting Skills
