Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HVAC Dispatcher. As a dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC services by scheduling maintenance, service calls, and ordering parts. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory parts for our service technicians.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule maintenance and service calls for HVAC technicians.
- Coordinate with customers to find suitable appointment times.
- Order necessary parts and equipment for repairs and installations.
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and phone communication.
- Ensure timely and efficient dispatching of technicians to job sites.
- Monitor technician progress and provide updates to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize service efficiency.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer software and systems.
- Previous experience in a dispatching role is preferred but not required.
