Scheduling & Purchasing Coordinator

A construction company in Frederick, MD is seeking a qualified a scheduling coordinator to manage schedules from outside builders and plans technicians/subcontractors to hit the deadlines set by the builder.

Office duties:

- General office duties that include answering incoming calls, directing them to the correct department.
- Dispatching Field Technicians and coordinating subcontractors, material and/or equipment as needed.
- Ordering material & making work orders based off of builder schedules.
- Manages work order documents, schedules technicians/subcontractors assignments, and researches and resolves reported discrepancies.
- Provides customer service and helps ensure a good customer experience

General abilities:

- Ability to communicate professionally with all customers, employees and all levels of management
- Experience prioritizing tasks, to meet tight deadlines within a high paced environment
- Ability to identify and resolve problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
