Ensuring delivery of world-class customer service, on-boarding, and success with our powerful technology platform and programs. This position is an entry point for our greater Employee Experience solution line, learning our product inside and out, solution building, and driving a first-class customer experience. The Customer Support Specialist will aid in building best in class team cultures with a propensity to understand what drives employee engagement and product adoption.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ year of customer-facing experience (Customer Service, Customer Success, or other related disciplines)
  • Self-starter with a great attitude and high degree of empathy
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech savvy-Working knowledge of SaaS Technology Platforms, Help Desk Software, Salesforce
  • Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to identify and effectively escalate product issues
  • Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic and analytical capabilities in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Desire to grow in the Employee Experience Industry, with interest in growing relationships and/or Product knowledge
  • Ability to listen, understand and respond to external and internal customers’ needs in a timely manner; customer service experience in a service-related industry preferred.
  • Ability to work the time necessary to complete projects and/or meet deadlines.
