We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to play a pivotal role as the EnGauge Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be working within EnGauge, which is our internally developed, Salesforce-based, customer relationship management platform built for Advanced Planning Directors.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting clients with various Salesforce products including at least two: Sales Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Create and manage onboarding, customer success, and account management programs that drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Ensure that EnGauge customers obtain the most value from the EnGauge ecosystem through intentional customer success programs.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role within SaaS company or complex CRM software product, performing in-depth account and user management administration.
  • Puts a focus on customer retention through an early orientation of product benefits that will satisfy customer needs and guides customers towards the realization of those needs.
  • Experience creating and managing users, assigning profiles, roles, and data access.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to derive insights from data.
  • Internal acceptance test planning and execution skills, including developing data within test environments that will cover internal acceptance test scenarios.
  • Utilizes story-telling skills to align people to the needs of prospects and clients.
  • Training and communication skills to guide users on various aspects of EnGauge.
