Overview We are looking for a confident, positive and enthusiastic person to join our expanding External Sales department. We're looking for a highly motivated individual, who’s passionate about business to business sales and delivering effective results. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who has previous experience managing sales agents, that is able to communicate confidently and motivate and the team. The successful candidate will be expected to recruit, motivate and support Sales Agents across multiple countries to exceed their targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands B2B sales and has huge ambition to be the winning driving force behind a successful team.

Principle duties and responsibilities

As a Reseller Relationship Manager at IT Answers, you will be the linchpin in maintaining and expanding our sales reach by recruiting and managing Sales Agents. This individual is responsible for managing and motivating the sales agents to acheive sales targets through initiatives and incentives. You will play a critical role in agent onboarding and quoting stages , as well as in sales support and issue management. The ideal candidate will ensure strong relationships are maintained, processes are upheld, and growth is driven forward.

CRM Management: Manage a CRM pipeline of hundreds of leads with different needs and qualifications.

Content Management: You will be responsible for posting our product packages on sales agent sites that will be attractive to agents.

Agent Onboarding: Recruit agents in multiple countries and manage day to day activities.. Support, Motivate & Drive agents to their monthly targets.

Relationship Management: Proactively build and maintain relationships with sales agents proactively identifying what incentives and rewards are needed.

Sales Scheme: Set up and manage referral sales scheme with current offers

Work experience, skills and knowledge required

Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field.

Previous experience within a external sales / tele sales / customer service role.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Sales Agent experience is preferred.

Experience of working to targets and examples of exceeding those set.

Good IT knowledge.

Candidates will have a good understanding of what is required to be successful within sales and business development.

Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.

Excellent communication skills (written & oral) & telephone manner.

Negotiation & influencing skills.

Confident, positive, enthusiastic, and an energetic person.
