**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in solar energy systems and energy storage solutions, coupled with excellent sales skills. The primary responsibility of the Solar Sales Engineer will be to support the sales team by providing technical expertise, assisting in closing deals, reviewing contracts, and managing change orders for both solar and energy storage projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized solar and energy storage solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team throughout the sales process, including for energy storage systems (ESS).
- Review contracts and proposals to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility for both solar and energy storage projects.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and resolving technical issues during the sales cycle.
- Manage change orders and modifications to existing contracts as needed for solar and energy storage projects.
- Conduct technical training sessions for sales staff to improve their product knowledge and selling skills for solar and energy storage solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in solar energy and energy storage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners.

**Qualifications:**
- 2 years solar industry relevant experience.
- Proven track record in sales support, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry, with experience in energy storage solutions being a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems, energy storage systems, and related components.
- Experience reviewing contracts and proposals for both solar and energy storage projects preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
