Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy and a strong sales background. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals with residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct in-home and virtual sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solar solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Provide detailed information about the benefits of solar energy and the financial savings it offers.
  • Explain different financing options, including cash purchases, loans, and leases.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, solar technology, and government incentives.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements:


  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems, financing options, and industry regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
