MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND GOOD TENURE AS A CORPORATE RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Mail distribution (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
  • Flow of correspondence
  • Requisition of supplies
  • Receive/direct visitors and clients to Corporate staff
  • Assist in completing expense reports for Corporate staff
  • Assist in scheduling and arranging travel, events, and meetings for Corporate staff
  • Take orders in SAP - assist with travel arrangements, trade shows and special events

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Five years recent receptionist/administrative support experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment adapting to changes quickly.
  • Experience with handling confidential information and maintaining security of same.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with SAP a plus.

SALARY: $52K with excellent benefits, extra vacation for years worked
