HTS Engineering - Heat Transfer Solutions is seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Coordinate project-related activities as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients and guests
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of general office operations
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is advantageous
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently
- Prior experience working at the front desk is beneficial

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
