SUMMARY OF THE JOB:

We are seeking a Key Account Manager who will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Your expertise on negotiation, product application, and processes will be pivotal in understanding the needs of our key clients and ensuring their success with our products and services.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients.
  • Support customer and their individual needs as their direct point contact,
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks and fulfill or exceed sales targets.

OTHER JOB DUTIES:

  • Stay up to date with new products, applications and processes.
  • Report on the status of accounts and projects
  • Communicate and act proactively across departments and locations.
  • Other duties as needed or required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS/BA in Sales, Marketing Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong ability to lead and manage a team,
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Interpersonal and organizational skills, integrity
  • Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close.
