Retail Management Inc (RMI) is a management company that operates retail locations such as convenience stores (with and without fuel), food establishments, vape shops and liquor stores.


Purpose:
The Reconciliation and Systems Support Specialist is a hybrid position with responsibilities of handling the company’s ERP system (PDI – Professional Datasolutions Inc.) with configuration, maintenance, reporting, managing imports / exports, batch processes and overall data flow. This person will collaborate with both the pricebook and accounting teams to handle these routine and daily processes, automation and troubleshooting, and other system initiatives.


Responsibilities:
The RSSS is an important member of the RMI team, allowing us to maintain critical information efficiently and accurately in various systems to ensure all RMI systems and processes are timely and accurately maintained in our ERP system, PDI. While the functions are largely automated, the RSSS must develop, maintain and troubleshoot the systems and processes on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The RSSS’s primary duties and responsibilities are:
· Manages overall PDI enterprise system configuration, setup and supports upgrades
· Develops & maintains PDI Enterprise store paperwork screens including data mappings
· Develops and maintains PDI reporting for all business groups (operations, accounting, client support)
· Manages overall system import / exports
· Troubleshoots issues from Accounting & Operations including data communications between stores and PDI
· Monitors and troubleshoots PDI Enterprise system performance / configuration & reporting issues
· Continually looks for process and system improvements – recommends, develops, implements
· Is well versed on PDI’s suite of tools and educates RMI team on what features/opportunities should be considered
· Designs integrations / specifications and works with vendors and partners to create & maintain integrations
· Creates & maintains documentation on overall workflow, procedures, and system configurations
· Serves during times of high workload, as pricebook analyst supporting the company’s pricebook functions
· Troubleshoots issues and reviews data to spot anomalies and potential problems
· Other duties as assigned


Performance Indicators
   To be successful in this position, regular review of efficiency and accuracy of the data being inputted will occur and regular feedback          provided. This position is critical to the consistent operations for the company, and continued improvement and reduction in repeated occurrences of issues is how we look at performance at RMI.


Essential Requirements
· Strong familiarity with PDI (Professional Datasolutions Inc.) Enterprise
· Familiarity with EDI processes
· Strong skills in MSoft365 applications
· Attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal skills with emphasis on explaining technical subjects to non-technical audiences
· Time management and organization skills, to plan and execute both large and small projects and initiatives
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


Preferred Experience
· Basic SSRS report design & modification skills (Preferred)
· Familiar with Microsoft SQL imports/exports (Preferred)
· Bachelor’s degree
· 2+ years of work experience with PDI Enterprise
· 1+ years of work experience with SQL & EDI systems and processes
· PDI software preferred but not required
