Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant with a fun easy-going personality and a professional attitude. Our new team member will perform a variety of administrative, customer service tasks, order/data entry and other clerical functions and some social media tasks. Daily schedule may include some of the following tasks:


Responsibilities include:

  • Draft email correspondences and provide information to retail partners or customers.
  • Create and maintain client files in company digital platform
  • Maintaining inventory and order packing supplies
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Preparation of company documents
  • Order office supplies
  • Assist with distribution center inbound/outbound scheduling.
  • Enter/process orders in POS system and email confirmations.
  • Assist with social media management and content creation for marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other customer service related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • ​Strong communication skills.
  • Driver license and personal vehicle.

Good-to-have (or willing to learn):

  • iPhone photography (yes, it's a thing).
  • Experience and understanding of Social Media and Advertising.
  • Reliable and trustworthy. Like to complete tasks and despises loose ends. Arrives early with an upbeat attitude and communicates when an issue arise.
  • ​Experience or knowledge of interior design and trends.
  • Experience or passion for photography and videography.
  • Knowledge of MS-Office environment or other Data-entry platforms.
