Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or order processing environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including order management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and email.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly resolve issues or conflicts related to orders.
  • Familiarity with inventory management processes and procedures is desirable.
