Job Overview

This position is a full-time, hourly opportunity within the dynamic automotive sector. As a key member of our accounting team, you will play a vital role in overseeing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of our dealership's financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely processing of deal documentation to guarantee prompt submission of title work.
  • Accurate maintenance of financial records and reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Preparation and processing of daily journal entries.
  • Regular updates and maintenance of dealership accounting systems and procedures.
  • Effective communication with County Clerk offices and State officials regarding tags and registrations.
  • Collaboration with various departments to address and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
