We are seeking to add Printing Sales Representatives for a Marketing Solutions Printer in the Cranbury NJ area - to sell "Print Solutions" for an award-winning regional printer as regional footprint. Sheet, Wide Format POP, Fabrication, Digital Wide Format, Large Format Screen Print, Direct Mail, E Store, Marketing Services and Fulfillment Services.
NOTE: Candidates MUST HAVE at least three years of successful selling in the Commercial "marketing" Print, Point of Purchase Retail Visual Environments. Added value with Digital Program and Direct Mail for consideration. The "ideal candidate" will need to possess "recent and relevant" business history of print and fulfillment selling successes in excess of $1.2 MM+ annualized and looking for a home for growing business opportunities to compete on a national level.
General Commercial "Marketing Print", Offset Sheet Fed, Digital VDP, Wide Format Visual, Direct Mail, eCommerce, Pack out kitting and distribution and fulfillment solutions.
The Sales Executive's primary role is to drive profitable growth through the identification of principal platform as well as identification of cross platform opportunities. This will be accomplished through facilitating a collaborative environment to ensure proper resource deployment. Securing accounts will reply heavily on access to the client's key decision maker.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2-5 years general commercial, (Cut Sheet and Digital) POP - Visual Environments, direct mail, fulfillment, etc. ("solutions selling'' to marketing and "C Suite" Level)
- Strong understanding of the Marketing Print Industry
- Strong prospecting, business development and closing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and ability to solve problems.
Company Strengths: Strong Service Team Environment, Cross Selling opportunities into other areas of print production in multi-channel marketing and client critical communications / statements invoicing.
MUST HAVE PRINTING INDUSTRY SALES SUCCESS TO BE CONSIDERED. Interested candidates MUST provide COVER LETTER (outlining an overview of relevant history) and RESUME to be considered.
**Compensation based on business experience and action plan to the market. Commission plans provide uncapped earning potential (and there is a non-recoverable draw first year of employment to migrate existing and grow new relationships).
