Human Resources and Payroll Administrator

Crabtree Motor Group is seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the payroll process and human resource procedures, be detail oriented, organized, be able to work in a team environment, have great communication skills and be able to follow all policies and procedures accurately and efficiently.
HR and Payroll Administrator Responsibilities:
-Utilizing our system (ADP) to add new employee information and manage current employees.
-Accurately entering payroll data into the system (ADP) to calculate and process wages, salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and other compensations.
- Generate and prepare reports for management review and accounting, utilizing our DMS system (CDK)
-Maintain payroll records including scanning, filing, and organizing
-Process employee insurance forms, and other human resource related materials
-Complete relevant excel sheets for month end and year end reconciliation
-Perform various other responsibilities and business requirements as assigned
Qualifications:
-Previous HR and payroll experience
-Proficient with ADP system
-Experience with CDK software is a plus
-Proficient in Excel
-Time management skills
-Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Reliable and dependable
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
