Role Overview: As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in our success. Key Responsibilities:

- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
- Strong account management skills.
- Fluency in Spanish.
Compensation:
- Accelerated Compensation Structure - $450,000+ annual income achieved by top performers.
- First Year Earnings of $225,000+ for those meeting company quotas, with the current team at 132% to goal (2023).
- Base Draw of $60,000 and Uncapped Commissions.
- Management Compensation available through promotion.
