We are seeking a Household Personal Assistant You will perform a variety of cleaning, cooking, and organizing duties. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily household operations, including scheduling and supervising maintenance and repairs
  • Manage household budgets, expenses, and financial records
  • Maintain an inventory of household supplies and ensure restocking as needed
  • Coordinate deliveries and manage household vendors
  • Maintain and update the household calendar, including appointments, events, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and schedule household members' activities and commitments
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including organizing and tidying up common areas
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation, and cooking
  • Handle laundry and clothing care, including washing, ironing, and wardrobe organization
  • Assist with pet care
  • Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and pharmacy pickups
  • Assist with personal shopping and gift purchasing
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, managing mail, and keeping records
  • Plan and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for household members
  • Ensure all travel-related documents are in order, including passports and visas
  • Provide supervision and support for children, including transportation to activities
  • Assist with childcare duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, cooking, maintenance, or other related fields
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications a plus
  • Previous experience as a Household Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency in using household management software and basic computer applications
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for running errands
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform light physical tasks as required
  • Flexibility in working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • First aid and CPR certification (if responsible for childcare)
