Joining forces with a team of passionate designers, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless administrative operations that support our firm's creative endeavors. Located in West Hollywood, our well-established Interior Design Firm is seeking a Receptionist who effortlessly transitions into the role of a Personal Assistant.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

- Handle incoming calls with grace and efficiency, directing them appropriately.

- Manage scheduling, catering to both professional and personal commitments of our owner.

- Coordinate travel arrangements, from local appointments to international trips.

- Oversee shipments and deliveries, maintaining meticulous records.

- Foster strong relationships with vendors and clients, serving as a reliable point of contact.

- Organize repairs and maintenance for bi-coastal properties, demonstrating your proactive approach.

- Maintain office supplies and ensure stock levels meet our needs.

- Handle correspondence with discretion and professionalism.

- Keep our owner's contact database updated and accessible.

- Welcome visitors warmly in our showroom, creating a positive first impression.

- Assist with personal tasks, ranging from event planning to thoughtful purchases.

- Collaborate closely with our diverse team to ensure seamless operations.


Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in business administration or personal assistance.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and internet research.

- Experience in a design or architectural office is advantageous.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills and adaptability.

-Ability to handle different personalities with professionalism and diplomacy.

- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
