As a Call Center Representative for Mortgage Servicing, your role involves managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer inquiries, assisting with account disputes, and handling account changes. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience with mortgage servicing in a high-volume call center environment. Requirements for the Call Center Representative for Mortgage Servicing (Remote):
• 2+ years of mortgage servicing xperience in a high-volume call center environment
• Experience in data entry and verification of records, is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Skilled with Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP), a plus

Compensation for the Call Center Representative for Mortgage Servicing:
• Direct Hire
• Location: Remote (Fort Worth, TX)
• Pay: $37-43K/year
