Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Customer Service Representative to join our team at CornerStone Staffing. As a Mortgage Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work effectively and efficiently with customers who have varying degrees of product and technical proficiency
  • Provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced customer service associates within the department
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of mortgage servicing experience
  • Experience working in MSP preferred
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks
