Our client, a leading civil engineering firm in Austin, Texas, is seeking an experienced Land and Site Development Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing complex land development projects..

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Overseeing the planning, design, and execution of land development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments

·        Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, surveyors, and local authorities, to ensure project objectives are met

·        Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

·        Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing effective strategies to address challenges

·        Ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations

·        Providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members

·        Fostering strong client relationships and effectively communicating project status and updates

 

 

Education and Experience:

·        Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

·        Experience: 8-15 years of experience in land and site development project management.

·        Licensure/Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas

·        6-15 years of experience in land and site development project management

·        Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-faceted land development projects

·        Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera

·        Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders

·        Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
