We are looking for a motivated and experienced Document Control Specialist / Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team. We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable managing multiple tasks and is eager to learn. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documentation within the organization’s filing system as well as assisting in bookkeeping needs. 

Qualifications

  • We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable managing multiple tasks and is eager to learn
  • To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a minimum of  a high school diploma but preferably an associates degree or higher with a concentration in business administration or a related field. 
  • They should have at least three years of experience in a document control role, as well as mastery knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong computer skills. 

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documentation within the organization’s filing system
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy and completeness of all documents in the organization’s filing system
  • Utilize document control systems, content management systems, and relevant software to manage documents
  • Assist with bookkeeping that could include insurance audits, insurance renewals, tax databases
