Responsibilities:  

  • Cultivating strong relationships with industrial and rental customers, providing top-notch troubleshooting and technical support through various channels.
  • Collaborating with our Engineering and Quality departments on generating service bulletins and technical insights to enhance our products.
  • Giving recommendations on system enhancements will directly impact customer satisfaction and success.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Expertise in pressure washer pumps, outdoor power equipment engines, electric motors, and hot water burners, with a knack for troubleshooting operational issues effectively.
  • Ability to clearly communicate potential problems and solutions, both verbally and in writing, is crucial.
  • Experience in tool and equipment rentals is highly advantageous, as is the capability to collaborate across departments seamlessly.
  • Must be able to articulate potential problems and proposed resolutions in a clear easily understood manner both verbal and written.
  • Experience with tool and equipment rental categories is extremely helpful.
  • Able to work effectively across functional areas.
  • Self-directed individual who works well within a team environment.
  • Always maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere.
  • 5+ years of experience in an Industrial field.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Technical school or certifications is a plus.
