Industrial Equipment Service Specialist

FNA Group, a leading manufacturer of consumer and industrial pressure washers and outdoor power equipment, is seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Service Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

The Industrial Equipment Service Specialist will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our authorized service centers, self-servicing dealers, and distributors. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively across functional areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with industrial and rental customers to provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone and virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Quality departments to produce service bulletins and technical tips.
  • Manage FNA's warranty portal for direct Authorized Service Centers.
  • Make system recommendations based on application and customer needs.
  • Assist in policy deployment and protocols for warranty and service-related repairs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an industrial field.
  • Working knowledge of pressure washer pumps, small outdoor power equipment engines, electric motors, hot water burners, and coils.
  • Ability to articulate potential problems and proposed resolutions in a clear, easily understood manner.
  • Experience with tool and equipment rental categories is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office products.
Education/Certification

High School diploma or GED required; technical school or certifications a plus.
