Responsibilities
Assists with electronic and physical filing of payroll and other accounting records.
Maintains payroll and benefit information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Processes Accounts Payable invoices
Manages EFT payments and AP Vendor Statements
Monitors general accounting email inbox
Provides general support by preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
Assists with the month-end closing process.

Qualifications and Skills
Demonstrated experience in the accounting field through formal education, on-the-job training, or a combination thereof.
Strong Excel skills (LOOKUP functions, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in hospitality a plus.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus.
