Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Market Center Administrator (MCA) with bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Manage agent billing processes, including monthly invoicing and collections.
- Facilitate agent onboarding procedures and ensure compliance with paperwork requirements.
- Handle commission-related transactions, including depositing commission and operating checks, processing agent commission payments, and issuing notifications.
- Create and distribute commission statements to cooperating brokers.
- Provide exemplary customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues for agents and clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, offering guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with a focus on problem-solving.
- Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to changing environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Previous real estate transaction coordination experience preferred but not required.
