Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Market Center Administrator (MCA) with bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Manage agent billing processes, including monthly invoicing and collections.
  • Facilitate agent onboarding procedures and ensure compliance with paperwork requirements.
  • Handle commission-related transactions, including depositing commission and operating checks, processing agent commission payments, and issuing notifications.
  • Create and distribute commission statements to cooperating brokers.
  • Provide exemplary customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues for agents and clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, offering guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping principles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with a focus on problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Previous real estate transaction coordination experience preferred but not required.
