Key Responsibilities:

* Manage salon schedules, bookings,and cancellations

*Coordinate appointments, services, and product sales

*Greet clients,answer phone calls, and respond to emails

*Handle client complaints and resolve promptly

*Process transactions, handle payments, and manage cash handling

*Support stylists with client communication

*Maintain salon cleanliness, organization,and appearance

*Assist with marketing, events, and promotions

*Collaborate with management to achieve salon goals and objectivestor

Requirements:

*Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills

*Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

*Basic computer skills, knowledge of salon software (or willingness to learn)

*Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
