This role is available for both Part-time and Full-time candidates.

About NBG Sport Clips:

NBG Sport Clips is seeking a vibrant and motivated Salon Coordinator to enhance our operations and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. If you possess a keen interest in the beauty sector, exceptional organizational capabilities, and a welcoming personality, this position is designed for you.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome clients with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a delightful experience from the moment they enter.
  2. Respond to phone inquiries and provide assistance to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Keep the reception area tidy and well-organized, including product displays.
  4. Manage financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
  5. Support retail sales by sharing product insights and recommendations with clients.
  6. Oversee salon inventory, placing orders for supplies as necessary.
  7. Work collaboratively with the salon team to maintain a seamless operation from reception to service areas.
  8. Perform additional tasks as directed by the Store Manager, such as cleaning, preparing workstations, and stocking supplies.
  9. Contribute to marketing initiatives, including community outreach and promotional activities.
  10. Engage in training programs provided by NBG Sport Clips.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, reception, or salon coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and basic social media.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • A friendly and professional attitude with a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
