Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the human resources operations within the restaurant, ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations align with company standards.
  • Champion the daily execution of our Mission Statement and Core Values.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, effectively communicating any updates to team members.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, service, and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

We seek experienced full-service restaurant managers who possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service.
  • Serve Safe certification is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with EcoSure is preferred.
  • The ability to successfully pass background and credit checks.
  • Knowledge in scheduling, inventory management, interviewing, coaching, and employee development.
  • Prior management experience in a full-service establishment.
  • Experience handling alcohol sales in a full-service environment.
  • Proven ability to manage a team of at least 35 employees.
  • Experience with an average weekly revenue of at least $40,000.
