Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Burger King Restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and Train Staff
    • Direct, control, and coordinate subordinates to deliver quality products to our guests in the most efficient and friendly way possible.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked with the necessary supplies.
    • Monitor and control inventory costs to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Bank Deposits and Cash Handling
    • Manage cash handling procedures to ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions.
    • Perform bank deposits and reconcile cash handling discrepancies.
  • Performance Appraisals and Employee Development
    • Conduct regular performance appraisals to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
    • Develop and implement employee development plans to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a Safe Work Environment
    • Ensure that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe condition, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
    • Develop and implement procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work a 50-hour work week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Basic computer skills and proficiency in point-of-sale systems.
    • Valid driver's license and personal transportation.
