Requirements: 

  • Previous patio furniture sales experience
  • Weekend availability
  • Ability to work as part of a team


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure every customer is greeted upon entrance into the store
  • Ensure every customer gets a proper introduction to the type of company we are, the type of companies we sell in the store and the type of furniture we carry
  • Take the time to study the furniture we carry
    • This includes studying catalogs, paid clinics, online resources and help from management staff
  • Keep a clean, orderly and efficient work space
  • Get the customer into the furniture set that is right for their needs from furniture we have in stock or furniture we can special order
  • Ensure your sales are followed up with -- Was it delivered? Has the order been delayed? Were they notified for when they will be able to pick up their purchase?
