Engineering Services Account Management

This job posting represents an exciting career opportunity in a newly created full-time role focused on business development and project management. As a well-established company in the manufacturing sector, we are striving to identify serious candidates who can bring their business acumen and intelligent strategies to the table to help senior management grow a new business segment. Position is salaried with full benefits.

The individual hired will be responsible for solidifying client relationships through targeted outreach to current customers and prospective clients in order to raise their awareness of our heavy equipment transportation market expertise.

You may have a particular affinity for success in this job if you can imagine yourself producing content to promote the benefits of Predictive Maintenance (PdM). In fact, the specific ability to explain benefits of predictive maintenance is the key to this role and candidates who been employees of a railroad might be more likely to have such an ability because they would understand the importance of signal and communication systems, electric traction systems and they also may have interacted with crews whose duties include inspection, construction, maintenance and repair of railroad tracks, bridges and roadway machinery.

Desirable Experience:

Proven Success in Business Development and Account Management (minimum of 5 years)

Project Management with Team Leadership

Handling the proposal process end to end, responding to requests for information (RFI) as well as bids and contract negotiations.

Above all we're looking for an enthusiastic "take charge" person with marketing and business development chops, along with stellar communication skills.
