NCW is currently seeking a Project Administrator to support its operations in South Bend, IN. For the right candidate, this position presents opportunities to directly impact a growing organization and the lives of skilled trades workers.

This Project Administrator will support NCW’s operations through various tasks associated with data entry, proper documentation, record keeping, and project management.

 

 

 

WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:

 

+ Updating and maintaining rosters, preparing and maintain submittal logs

+ Coordinate and schedule on-site appointments with instructor out of our South Bend, IN office

+ Recording field employee attendance and reporting discrepancies

+ Communicating with the on-site craft instructor regularly

+ Inputting detailed notes and information into our ATS/CRM about each field employee

+ Assisting the Construction Craft Recruiting Manager to secure and organize all project documents

+ Data entry and spreadsheet maintenance

+ Other administrative duties as assigned

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

 

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

+ 3+ years of administrative experience

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite

+ Independence + willingness to take initiative

+ Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System or Customer Relationship Management System

+ Desire to collaborate in an on-site environment

+ Ability to work under tight deadlines

+ Positive interpersonal and communication skills

+ Prior construction knowledge is encouraged but not required
